Mental Health & Well-Being Week

This week is Mental Health Awareness week and the theme is ‘loneliness’.

We can all feel lonely at times in our lives, this is normal.

Remember, you matter. This is the message we share with all of our parents, pupils and staff.

If you need someone to talk to, but you just can’t find the words, connect with the shout service by texting 85258 - they are a 24/7 service.

Please remember that in school you can reach out to any member of staff for confidential support and advice. We are also really lucky to have Mrs Rogers, our pastoral support officer, who can support parents and children with their mental health and well-being.

Nobody should have to be alone- it’s ok not to be ok!
