Welcome to the Tillington Manor Club House, the before and after-school care provision for children of Tillington Manor Primary School

Clubhouse is open everyday during term time and caters for children across our school. Children can access a range of play equipment and high quality resources in our bright and spacious classroom and outdoor area.
A healthy breakfast is available to all children during the morning session and a light snack is provided for all children after school. This is included as part of the session fee.
We now have a Homework Area to support our children’s learning within school. We have a fully-equipped Creation Station where children can use a variety of resources and let their imagination run wild. We have already been impressed with the models the children have been making. We have weekly cooking sessions where we have made cookies, rice krispie cakes and pizzas.
We have extended our choice of breakfasts. The children can now choose from toast, crumpets, pancakes and an assortment of cereals which are available every morning. In the evening the children enjoy toast, vegetable sticks and fruit slices.
Outdoor area
We have big plans for our outdoor area and are hoping to begin gardening so we can eventually look at growing our own vegetables for evening snack. We aim to use the outdoor area on a daily basis, weather permitting.
Contacting the Club House
Club House can be contacted via the school office during school hours or the Club House mobile outside of these times on 07394944195. We are now on Class Dojo where we will share photos of how busy we’ve been and any important information. Parents also have the ability to message on Dojo.
Sessions
Our breakfast club session begins from 7:30am until school begins at 8:45am.
Our after school club session begins from 3:30pm until 6pm.
One off sessions are permitted subject to spaces being available and will be charged to Parent Pay. If sessions need changing or increasing, we will aim to accommodate this where possible. Please contact the office for more information or an application form.
